at The Corinium Museum Friday January 22 to February 23
This new collection of drawings by Imogen Harvey-Lewis sets out to illustrate, in no uncertain terms, the artist's delight in the low-tech.
Her original and graphic style has an unerring clarity that belies her assertive connection to the actual and tangible world in all its beauty.
With her own children fast overtaking her in their abilites to log-on and lounge-out, Imogen dodges the bombardments of virtual reality and reiterates the actual in her love of drawing, of books, of walking and of real things.
