Stroud International Textiles(SIT). SIT is now six years old. We are an unsubsidised not for profit company who run year round events and workshops and opportunities for learning new skills. We partner with Colleges and Universities to offer students and graduates ways to expand and explore their creative practices. Our national and increasingly international name has been made through our annual festival that takes place every May. The festival has built a reputation for delivering high quality, world class work and a stimulating programme. The International Festival and year round programme supports the cultural regeneration of Gloucestershire and is now a strong part of the creative industries for the county.
