All of our staff are qualified to or above the GCF (Guild Commended Framer) standard as set out by the Fine Art Trade Guild. The materials next to any artwork are at least at Conservation Level and should remain stable in normal conditions.

To search our site for a keyword or phrase, simply enter the word into the search field in the top right hand corner of the website. The search engine will automaticall begin to search for your keywords. To clear the search filed click on the 'x' which will appear in the search field. We aslo have a full glossary categorised alphabetically. If there are any words or phrases you would like us to add to this please email us.

Although we are currently working to a timescale period of around 3 weeks, if your work is not finished but you need it to be ready for collection on a certain date we can pre-book you into our diary. We can also work to a specific date to meet your requirements. We will then call you a week before the due date to request that the artwork be delivered to our workshops to be measured and stored.

Work is booked into our diary either in the shop or over the phone, this date is based on when the work will be ready for collection. On or around that date, a pro-forma invoice is sent by email to inform you that the work is ready for collection.

We take Cheques made payable to CREATIVE PICTURE FRAMING. Please ensure to write the invoice number on the reverse.

BACS payments can be made using the details found at the bottom of your invoice. Please ensure the invoice number is used as your reference.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and have a dedicated Streamline terminal in the shop.

If you are not completely satisfied with your picture for any reason and the finished product does not resemble that which was orginally agreed, we welcome you to bring the picture back to the workshops.

Examples include hand finished frames where the colour needs to be altered to suit the picture. Individual cases where the entire frame would need to be replaced will also be considered.

Our suppliers support schemes which provide assurance mechanisms to purchasers of wood and paper products that they are purchasing wood produced in a sustainable way. Products carrying the FSC or PEFC labels are independently certified to assure consumers that they come from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations.

In individual cases we would be happy to deliver your pictures within the local area of Cirencester, this may incur a small cost in some cases. We can also recommend a picture courier service for deliveries futher afield. In addition to this we can aslo pack pictures for international transport but cannot guarantee pictures in transit.
